separation from the Taurus and it was insufficient velocity, with the fairing still

on, for the vehicle to be able to achieve orbit.

So at this time, we are going to be activating our launch contingency plan here

in the Mission Director's Center. We were taking all of the data that we have

from our tracking sites to be able to give us whatever information we can
